3. Intellectual Property

The presentation and content of the leclercbriant.fr website are works protected by french and international legislation relating to intellectual property. The protectable background elements such as texts, photographs, data, graphics, videos, images, etc., as well as the elements of form (choice, plan, arrangement of materials, organization of data, etc.) are the property of Leclerc-Briant under copyright and under the right of the producer of the database.
